The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) is one of the most authoritative professional organizations for the accreditation of business and management schools. The mission of AACSB is to foster engagement, accelerate innovation, and amplify impact in business education. Currently there are nearly 800 accredited business schools worldwide, including Harvard University, Yale University, Stanford University and University of Washington, covering over 30 countries.

NCTU College of Management was accredited by the AACSB in August 2007, and the accreditation is important for meeting international standards and assuring quality of business education offered by the College. In the future, making foreign student exchanges or academic exchanges with foreign countries will be easier. The accreditation is reviewed every five years, and the NCTU College of Management has earned its accreditation extension in October 2012. In June 2018, the College of Management has successfully earned a five-year extension of the accreditation again.
