[Recruitment] TSRI Seeking Seed TAs for Semiconductor Science Outreach & International Reception!

  • The Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) is launching its “Semiconductor Science Outreach and International Visitor Reception Seed Teaching Assistant Program.” This is a premier opportunity for students interested in STEM education, technology outreach, and international exchange to gain practical experience at a national-level research center.

     Benefits & Key Highlights

    • Paid Internship/Part-time Salary: Compensation will be paid in accordance with TSRI's regulations for part-time student assistants (including labor and health insurance).

    • Hands-on Experience: Support the "Semiconductor Science Exploration Camp" (jointly organized by TSRI and TSMC), various science outreach activities, and high-level international guest visits.

    • Flexible Scheduling: Approximately 20 sessions are expected through the end of the year. Arrange your shifts around your academic schedule (upper limit of 300 hours per contract period).

    • Official Certificate: An official internship certificate will be issued by TSRI upon successful completion with good performance.

     Eligibility

    • Enrolled university or graduate students (Background in electronics, electrical engineering, semiconductors, STEM, education, foreign languages, or international affairs is preferred).

    • Basic communication skills in English or other foreign languages.

    • Experience in camps, teaching, guided tours, or event execution is a plus.

    • International students must hold a valid work permit in Taiwan.
