VIS x NYCU Intelligent Manufacturing and Management Lab

Professor Chang Yong-Chia and Associate Professor Sheng-I Chen from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management have collaborated with Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) to introduce the systematic perspective of industrial engineering into the development of a company's smart manufacturing and intelligent management systems.

Both parties have jointly established a Intelligent Manufacturing and Management laboratory in 2022 to further enhance the company's core competencies and granting the College of Management access to an execution platform with more research resources.
