The College of Management at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University welcomed Prof. Andriy Bodnaruk, Associate Dean and Professor of Finance at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), for an academic visit on November 26, 2025.
During the visit, Prof. Bodnaruk delivered a lecture titled “Banks and the Fintech Narrative: Evidence from a Natural Field Experiment” to doctoral students and engaged in discussions on research collaboration and future exchange opportunities. The session was followed by a UIC Dual Degree Information Session, where UIC’s program highlights, curriculum design, and student pathways were introduced to NYCU students.
The visit provided valuable opportunities for academic exchange and strengthened the partnership between NYCU and UIC in finance education, student mobility, and faculty engagement. The College looks forward to deepening collaboration with UIC and creating more global learning opportunities for students.
